Anoka County recently settled a multi-million dollar legal dispute with inmates at its correctional facility. A former Mpls School employee has been sentenced to 13 years for sexual assault. Jefferson Jerome Fietek was arrested in Massachusetts and is being held in Massachusetts State Prison while awaiting extradition to Minnesota, the Anoka County Sheriff's Office said.
